COA Decisions Today

The NC COA issued opinions today. Those included 9 published civil cases -- juvenile cases excluded -- with one dissent by Judge Steelman (in a tort case), one dissent by Judge Tyson (in a property case), and one concurrence with a separate opinion by Judge Hunter (in a tort / statute of limitations case).
