Oral Arguments in Citizens United v. FEC

Yesterday, Citizens United v. FEC, a case challenging restrictions upon political spending by corporations, was reargued before the United States Supreme Court. Observers of the Supreme Court believe that this case may result in sweeping changes to the law related to political advocacy by corporations.
